इसी भविष्य की आशंकाओं से निपटने के लिए शुक्रवार को जिला प्रशासन, पुलिस और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के उच्चाधिकारियों ने संयुक्त तौर पर कस्बे का दौरा कर हालातों का जायजा लिया।
अधिकारियों में चर्चा कि अगर भविष्य में इमरजेंसी के हालात बनते हैं तो उनसे कैसे निबटा जाए। प्रशासन ने शुक्रवार को जैतसर कस्बे की आबादी से एक किलोमीटर दूर पदमपुर रोड पर खुली दुकाने बंद करवा दीं।

अधिकारीयों के अनुसार व्यपारी के संम्पर्क में आए 12 लोगों को कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण हो गया। व्यापारी व इसके संक्रमित संम्पर्क व्यक्तियों की कांटेक्ट हिस्ट्री में 125 से ज्यादा लोगों के नाम शामिल हो गए हैं।
व्यापारी का संक्रमित बेटा ट्यूशन पर अपने जिस सहपाठी से मिला उसकी रिपोर्ट भी पॉजिटिव आई है। व्यापारी के बेटे का कई लोगों से मिलना हुआ। इसके मुनीम का भी मघेवाली ढाणी में इसी दौरान वॉलीबॉल खेलने के दौरान 20 से ज्यादा लोगों के संम्पर्क में रहा।
मुनीम भी पॉजिटिव है। व्यापारी का बैंको व अन्य जगह आना-जाना रहा। इससे कोरोना संक्रमण बढ़ने की आशंका जताई जा रही है। व्यापारी के 98 संपर्क व्यक्तियों के सैंपल लिए गए हैं।
एक साथ मरीज बढ़ने ने की स्थिति में निबटने के लिए जैतसर और श्रीबिजयनगर में कोविड केयर सेंटर बनाने की तैयारीयां कर ली हैं।
कलेक्टर महावीर प्रसाद वर्मा ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ इसके लिए चर्चा की। इसके लिए जैतसर की गौरसरिया धर्मशाला और श्रीविजयनगर के निरंकारी भवन में सीसीसी बनाने की तैयारियां चल रही हैं।
ताकि मरीजों की संख्या एकाएक बढ़ने पर बगैर लक्षणों के मरीजों को सीसीसी में भर्ती कर इलाज किया जा सके। पूर्व में संक्रमित क्वारेंटाइन नहीं रहे। इस वजह से कोरोना का संक्रमण बढ़ा।
अब संक्रमितों के संपर्क व्यक्ति और पारिवारिक सदस्य होम क्वारेंटाइन का उल्लंघन न करे, इसके लिए उनके घरों के आगे पुलिस का पहरा लगाया जायगा।
अधिकारीयों के दौरे के दौरान सामने आया कि कुछ लोग कोरोना को लेकर गंभीर नहीं हैं। होम क्वारेंटाइन होने के बावजूद बाहर घूमते हैं। इस पर कलेक्टर महावीर प्रसाद वर्मा ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि होम क्वारेंटाइन वालो के पड़ोसियों से भी शपथ पत्र लें की इनके बाहर निकलते ही विभाग को सूचना देंगे।
एसपी राजन दुष्यंत ने पुलिस अधिकारियो को निर्देश दिए कि वे सख्ती करें एवं मास्क न लगाने वालों, सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग व होम क्वारेंटाइन की पालना नहीं करने वालों पर कार्रवाही करें।
कलेक्टर के साथ एसपी राजन दुष्यंत, सीएमएचओ डॉ. गिरधारी लाल मेहरड़ा, एडीएम गुंजन सोनी, सीएमएचओ डॉ. गिरधारी मेहरड़ा, एसडीएम श्रीबिजयनगर प्रियंका व बीसीएमओ डॉ. बीएम शर्मा, तहसीलदार पायाल अग्रवाल, सीआई दिगपाल सिंह आदि भी थे।

कलेक्टर महावीर प्रसाद वर्मा ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार की ओर से पूर्व में जारी किए गए निर्देशों के अनुसार सभी कार्यालयों के प्रभारी यह देखेंगे कि कार्य स्थल पर सभी कर्मचारी एवं अन्य आवश्यक रूप से मास्क पहनें हो।
दुकानों में ग्रहाकों के मध्य फिजिकल डिस्टेंस बनाए रखने के साथ-साथ यह भी सुनिशिचत किया जाएगा कि किसी भी स्थिति में एक समय पर दुकानों में अधिक संख्या में लोग इकट्ठे ना हों।
संपूर्ण कार्य स्थलों, आम सुविधाओं एवं मानव संपर्क में आने वाले सभी बिंदुओं जैसे दरवाजे के हैंडल, रेलिंग आदि को बार-बार विसंक्रमित किया जाएगा।
इधर जागरुकता की मिसाल: परिवार को रिश्तेदारों के यहां भेजा, फिर खुद के घर में गया
श्रीगंगानगर की पुरानी आबादी के पटेल नगर निवासी कोरोना पॉजिटिव ने जागरुकता की मिसाल दी। पंजाब के मुक्तसर शहर में धागा फैक्ट्री में काम करने वाला ये व्यक्ति वहां पॉजिटिव मरीज के संपर्क रहा।
चार दिन पूर्व पंजाब से लौटने से पहले परिवार को फोन कर सुचना दी कि उसके पॉजिटिव होने की आशंका है। वे रिश्तेदार में चले जाएं। वह घर पर पर अकेला ही रहेगा।
इस व्यक्ति की पत्नी, बेटा, बहू व बेटी ने प्रशासन को सुचना दी। चार दिन तक वह अकेला घर में रहा। सैंपलिंग करवाने के बाद इधर-उधर घूमने की बजाय घर पर ही रहा।
इस व्यक्ति की गुरूवार रात को कोरोना पॉजिटिव रिपोर्ट आई। इसे शुक्रवार को जिला अस्पताल में बीती रात को कोरोना पॉजिटिव रिपोर्ट आई। इसे शुकरवार को जिला अस्पताल में आइसोलेट कर दिया है।
श्रीगंगानगर शहर में बीती रात मिले 6 कोरोना रोगियों में से पंजाब के मुक्तसर से रिटर्न है। वहीं, इंदिरा कॉलोनी निवासी तीन अन्य रोगी एक ही परिवार के है, वे लुधियाना से लौटे हैं। भांभू कॉलोनी निवासी वृध्दा अपनी संक्रमित पौत्र वधु के संपर्क में आने पर कोरोना पॉजिटिव हुई।
